The 12 Treats of Christmas course

Join me (virtually) in my cosy festive kitchen for a series of live treat making demonstrations. 

This course will be hosted in a dedicated private Facebook group where you will be able to watch live or catch up in your own time.

As well as sharing many of my personal festive favourites, I'll give you everything you need to know, including where to source equipment, ingredients and some eco friendly packaging.

A few questions answered:

  • When will the course be running? The live sessions will begin at 11am on Monday 30h November and will run every week day until Friday 11th December. 

  • How long will the sessions last? They will be at least an hour long but likely longer depending on what is being baked each day. 

  • What if I can't make it to the live sessions? You don't need to tune in live every day, all the sessions will be recorded and posted straight after the live has ended. So you'll be able to access everything at a time that suits you.

  • Can I bake along? I will supply a list of ingredients and equipment for each bake so you're welcome to bake along at the same time, though I won't be able to see you.

I’d spent time experimenting with a few different methods of creating texture but wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I love Imogen’s style of caking so had a look at her online School and realised that her online Textures course was EXACTLY what I was looking for! The course is professionally presented, extremely easy to follow, packed with loads of fantastic methods of creating texture and, best of all, has an abundance of Imogen’s warm and encouraging manner. Imogen provides lots of ideas about how the textures you create can be used and adapted on real life cakes and I love it; I’ve had some really good results so far. If you are looking to upskill and learn some brilliant, contemporary methods of creating masses of different textures then buy this course – you will not be disappointed.

I love the pictorial!  It's very clear, good quality images and detailed instructions. I wanted to learn how to do the terrazzo technique although I also thought the price was excellent.  Lots of techniques covered including basic skills such as covering a cake with fondant for those who are more beginners.


I also was pleasantly surprised to find that other techniques were covered eg the velvet spray and using textured fondant.  I already use the latter technique but not the spray.
