I love playing with ingredients and coming up with new and different flavour combinations. I've listed just a few of my most popular flavours but if you fancy something that isn't listed, let me know and I'll create something tasty for you.

When choosing flavours for a tiered cake, it's advisable to go for 2 flavours for a 3 tier cake and 3 flavours for a 4 tier cake with the top two smallest tiers being the same flavour.

As a diagnosed coeliac I have developed a range of delicious Gluten Free versions of my most popular flavours and can offer a range of dairy-free and vegan recipes too.

Imogen made a fantastic cake for our wedding! We had a great consultation and Imogen not only created a new flavour for us; rhubarb and salted caramel, with one tier gluten free, she also turned our rather disparate and vague ideas into a cohesive, beautiful and very personal cake. It was so lovely, and really yummy! We had so many guests come up to us to tell us how delicious the cake was, and people were still taking some extra when they were leaving at midnight. It looked so elegant with just a little bit of subtle geeky fun, it was such a crowning glory to our room for our wedding breakfast. The staff at the venue said they had never seen a cake go so quickly before! Thank you again Imogen, we felt so lucky to get to have a completely yummy and beautiful cake from someone so talented and nice.

After some searching around, we were recommended to get in touch with Imogen. She got back to us quickly with an excellent price and invited my future wife & I round for a consultation. We discussed the design (colours, icing types, flowers etc.) and then tasted the samples...oh the delicious, delicious samples!

Fast forward to our actual wedding day and people were fighting over who got the last few slices of the lemon tier!

Not only did Imogen create a stunning & delicious cake, she was also extremely helpful in catering to the various allergies & dietary requirements of our guests.
