Cupcake Decorating
A creative cupcake decorating experience is a wonderful way to celebrate! It’s the perfect blend of a relaxed afternoon activity and a fun build-up to the night ahead. Whether you have a specific theme or just a favorite colour palette, I’ll guide you through crafting sugarpaste flowers and mastering professional buttercream piping. You’ll decorate a box of six freshly baked cupcakes with your handmade flowers, edible glitters, and sprinkles.

We’ll begin by choosing a cohesive colour scheme before I guide you through the techniques for crafting intricate sugarpaste decorations. You’ll learn how to apply a flawless, smooth surface to delicious sugar cookies, which you’ll then bring to life with handmade details, edible paints, glitters, and sprinkles.

truffle making
Be prepared to get stuck in—this is a wonderfully messy one! You’ll work with your own bowl of cake truffle mix, adding your choice of flavors to make them truly yours. I’ll show you how to create both hand-rolled and smooth, chocolate-molded truffles. We’ll finish them off using professional decorating techniques with chocolate, edible flowers, and lustres.
Note: If you love the idea of making truffles but aren't a fan of the "messy" hands feeling, don't worry! I always have gloves available for anyone who prefers them.

While your handmade polymer clay charms are firing in the oven, we’ll get to work planning your beaded jewellery. You can choose from a wide selection of beads to create a necklace, a set of bracelets, or custom bag charms. We’ll finish the charms with a professional UV glaze before assembling your unique pieces with high-quality fixings.
